(AP) -- Two people have been indicted on federal charges for the distribution of synthetic party drugs at Wesleyan University that sent 11 people to hospitals in February, prosecutors said Friday. The defendants, Zachary Kramer, 21, of Bethesda, Maryland, and Eric Lonergan, 22, of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, were among five Wesleyan students already arrested on state charges in connection with the on-campus drug overdoses.
