James Cameron himself has announced plans for Dark Horse Comics to team with 20th Century Fox and his own Lightstorm Entertainment for a line of "Avatar"-themed comics. In a video tease making the announcement at New York Comic Con this morning, he says the comics will deal with "new storylines from the past, present and the future world" of the sci-fi franchise. Dark Horse president Mike Richardson said in a statement: "James Cameron is one of the film industry's greatest talents.
