Everyone can agree that this field is filled to the brim with big personalities that should be easy to turn into classic "SNL" characters, in almost every way imaginable, but just as Kate McKinnon is starting to feel out her Hillary Clinton impersonation, Taran Killam is taken off the Donald Trump beat and tasked with taking on Ted Cruz, while non-cast members like Larry David and Darrell Hammond have been asked to play essential players like Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump.
