Comment on Athens man charged with murder near Ohio University campus

A Cincinnati man was shot and killed last night during a robbery in Athens, according to police. Markel Morrison, 22, was shot at about 8:45 p.m. at the River Park on South Green apartments, located in the first block of N. McKinley Ave., near Ohio University.
