Utah Lake has reopened â with restrictions â after a toxic algal bloom poisoned the water about two weeks ago. The algal bloom, which spread to other waterways including the Jordan River and other tributaries, was dissipating, according to a news release Thursday from the Utah Department of Environmental Quality.
