Woman struck by car on city's Southeast Side

Columbus police are investigating a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on the city's Southeast Side early Monday. A 19-year-old woman was struck on Winchester Pike, a couple hundred feet west of Noe Bixby Road shortly before 6 a.m., said Sgt. Brooke Wilson of the Columbus police accident investigation unit. The woman was taken to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, where she was listed in critical condition, Wilson said.
