Anthony Bourdain brings his chef skills into the home kitchen

Larry French, Getty ImagesHost Anthony Bourdain speaks on stage during the DC Central Kitchen’s Capital Food Fight event at Ronald Reagan Building on November 11, 2014 in Washington, DC. One of the most authoritative voices in the restaurant and travel industry is that of Anthony Bourdain. His “Parts Unknown” TV show takes him on travels around the world, but his books bring him back where it all started: the kitchen. Anthony Bourdain’s newest cookbook, “Appetites,” is his first in a decade, and approaches the kitchen in a different way. His past cookbooks were representative of his adventurous eats in other countries and dining at the best restaurants in the world, but the new book reflects life at home for Bourdain. A lot changed for the culinary celebrity over 10 years.
