NEWARK — Two familiar faces will lead law and order efforts in Licking County. With all precincts reporting Tuesday, Bill Hayes, who is wrapping up a third term as a state representative, beat out Democratic challenger Chis Shook in the race for Licking County prosecuting attorney, 64 to 36 percent.
