One of two men accused of breaking into an unmarked police SUV, stealing guns and other gear pleaded guilty Tuesday, promising to cooperate with prosecutors against his co-defendant. Craig T. Stewart pleaded guilty in Franklin County Common Pleas Court to three theft charges and a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
