With a lot of help from the Heritage Foundation, Paul Ryan, and Mike Pence, incoming popular vote loser Donald Trump is getting ready to make war on a bunch of federal government agencies and programs that Republicans simply don't like—to the tune of cutting $10.5 trillion in spending over a decade. While it's still unclear whether the cuts will extend to Social Security and Medicare (services that Trump's base voters cherish), it will absolutely target programs for minorities and other vulnerable populations (because, who cares about them?).
