Congress Park’s Chocolate Lab serves sweet and savory

If you frequently curse the lack of chocolate on pulled pork sandwiches and cocoa-less beef tenderloin, then, well, you likely have a problem. But you’re also about to be really, really happy. That’s because Chocolate Lab, an otherwise normal (and super-tasty) small-batch chocolate shop, is re-opening next week with a chocolate-tinged lunch and dinner menu. “Almost everything on the menu will have chocolate included in the recipe,” owner Phil Simonson said. So, yeah, your chocolate dinner dreams are about to become a reality.
