Get Cooking: Odd cuts of meat are even better than you think

Los Angeles TimesLamb breast (sometimes called lamb belly) is so scrumptious, you will find it hard to forgive yourself for taking so long to get around to it. (Los Angeles Times) I hope I live long enough so that I no longer can afford the fancy pants meats like chops and steaks, tenderloin and filet. Because then I will eat better.
