Oklahoma judge to rule again in opioid case

By Randy Ellis and Nolan ClayStaff writersNORMAN — A judge is to rule Friday on how much pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson must pay the state to deal with the deadly opioid crisis and whether the state can seek more money in the future.Cleveland County District Judge Thad Balkman in August ordered Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiaries to pay $572 million to help abate the public nuisance caused by misleading marketing of opioid painkillers.Read more on NewsOK.com
