“He who marvels at the beauty of the world in summer will find equal cause for wonder and admiration in winter” said John Burroughs, an American naturalist from the last century. Maybe I am stretching his observation a bit, but it sounds like Mr. Burroughs would approve of cold-weather landscape decorating to boost some of that winter admiration. And why not?
