Republican U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado is facing a lawsuit for allegedly violating the First Amendment rights of her constituents, including a former lawmaker. Former state Rep. Bri Buentello, a Democrat, has reportedly filed the suit in U.S. District Court in Denver. David Lane, an attorney for Buentello, said that Boebert had violated the constitutional rights of her constituents by blocking some of them on Twitter. According to Lane, Boebert "apparently believes that the Constitution begins and ends with the Second Amendment.
