What to do this weekend: 30,000 Easter eggs, an Aspen film fest, indie publications

Easter egg hunts at Four Mile Saturday-Sunday. Outside of the brunches and Bloody Marys — and don’t get us wrong, those are nice — kids tend to see Easter for its colorful activities as much as its religious significance. As with other holidays, you can find places to take free pictures with a costumed Easter Bunny (see Aurora’s Stanley Marketplace on Saturday, March 30, and Sunday, March 31, with free music both days) and, perhaps most visibly, hunt for Easter eggs. On Saturday, more than 30,000 eggs (up from 20,000 in 2023) will be hidden throughout Four Mile Historic Park, with hunts for different ages.
