Wanna be a pickup artist but hate reading books? That's okay, The Game is coming to theaters

I don't know enough about Neil Strauss or the details of his book The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists, but I get the overall gist. What I think is funny is how many people on the internet think this guy's a douche or that the things he's generally saying (which any number of well-adjusted and sociable men would also tell you) are somehow scummy.
