When it came time for Dutch architects Gwendolyn Huisman and Marijn Boterman to build their dream home, they chose an extremely narrow plot of land in the city of Rotterdam. The plot presented a few challenges, which the pair overcame with a minimalist 12-foot-wide design that comes with its own rooftop garden and indoor hammock.
