Debbie Reynolds spent her career collecting film credits, but her collection of memorabilia told the story of decades of Hollywood. The "Singin' in the Rain" star collected more than 3,500 costumes, including Marilyn Monroe's legendary white halter dress from the 1955 "Seven Year Itch" and the ruby red slippers from "The Wizard of Oz," and 20,000 original photos before auctioning off most of the items in 2011 for about $26 million.
