The Denver Art Museum’s latest outdoor exhibit will bring a new meaning to rock ‘n’ roll when it debuts its interactive rocking chair exhibit later this week. On June 30, the museum will wheel out “La Musidora,” a 90-foot-long stretch of colorful, interlocking rocking chairs. Dreamed up by Mexico City designers Héctor Esrawe and Ignacio Cadena, each chair is outfitted with “a module with a percussion system,” according to a DAM rep, which uses bells to produce pitches.
