NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Can things get any worse for oil driller Diamond Offshore as it prepares to report earnings early Monday? As long as oil prices stay low, yes, they can. The uncertainty of when oil prices will rise again remains, with oil drillers one of the industry's major casualties. Even though oil prices have rebounded from their March lows, the Houston-based Diamond has had to drastically cut its capital expenses budgets to offset declining profits.
