Education Insider: Gee Makes Good On His $1 Million Pledge To Ohio State

A rumor that former Ohio State University President E. Gordon Gee left town and never fulfilled his 2011 pledge to donate $1 million for a scholarship fund isn’t true. At least, not anymore. Four separate gifts in December totaling about $200,000 brought the fund to just over $984,144, OSU records show.
