CARSON, Calif. — In less than a week, the Broncos went from being relatively healthy to depleted, leaving little surprise about their list of inactive players for Sunday’s game against the Chargers. Six players were ruled out Friday: receivers Emmanuel Sanders and Isaiah McKenzie, both of whom suffered ankle injuries in a loss to the Giants; receiver Cody Latimer, who is recovering from a knee injury; quarterback Paxton Lynch, who is dealing with a right shoulder sprain; and offensive tackles Menelik Watson and Donald Stephenson, both because of calf injuries. Running back De’Angelo Henderson, the seventh inactive player, is the lone healthy scratch. On Saturday, the Broncos placed inside linebacker Corey Nelson on injured reserve with a torn bicep and promoted three players from the practice squad — inside linebacker Jerrol Garcia-Williams, and offensive linemen Elijah Wilkinson and Dillon Day.
