MONROE - Former town Justice Lurlyn Winchester pleaded guilty in federal court on Thursday to two felonies stemming from charges that she lied and gave falsified documents to a mortgage lender and law enforcement officials to hide that she lived in Rockland County.The 59-year-old New City attorney was elected in 2013 to be one of two, part-time municipal judges for the Town of Monroe, claiming her sister's address in Monroe as her own to qualify for the job.
