GOSHEN – Orange County Court Judge William DeProspo on Thursday set a new May 22 hearing date for a former residential builder and his company, J.C. Builders, accused of defrauding four customers and stealing more than $100,000 from them.Accompanied by attorney Dwight Joyce of Stony Point, J.C. Builders principal Charles Neustadt, 63, of Goshen, appeared before DeProspo, who rescheduled the case, saying the parties needed more time.
