Police Blotter Erie County Sheriff's Office Wednesday, March 25, 2015 - 10:56pm 10:56 p.m. — 13500 block Darrow Road, woman's cats were acting strange, staring out window. Woman looked outside, saw man standing next to her car, which had open door. He took off running; vehicle was disheveled but nothing appeared missing.
