A man in a motorized wheelchair was struck by a vehicle Friday afternoon in Richmond County. At about 4:09 p.m., deputies responded to Deans Bridge Road, where Bernard Lee, 53, had driven his wheelchair in front of a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt, according to a statement from Richmond County Sgt. Monica Belser. Lee – who suffered no injuries – was ruled at fault.
