First lady honors outstanding museums, libraries WASHINGTON (AP) — Michelle Obama says museums and libraries play a crucial role in a country that wants to provide a world-class education to its young people. The first lady commented Thursday as she helped recognize 10 institutions from across the U.S. for outstanding service to their communities.
