The State Question 796 campaign managed to collect 95,176 signatures, well short of the 123,725 needed for it to appear on a future ballot. According to a report by the secretary of state, officials disqualified 98 out of 5,555 signature sheets for having improper or missing affidavits attached or issues with the required notary stamp.Read more on NewsOK.com
