A well-known Ross County businessman pleaded guilty today in federal court to embezzling $4.1 million from the Huntington National Bank where he worked. Joseph P. Molnar, 50, of Chillicothe was the managing director of the bank’s community development corporation when he stole the money by diverting developers’ fees into his personal accounts from 2005 to 2012, Internal Revenue Service Special Agent Anne Nightingale testified today.
