Former Gov. Ted Strickland 'seriously' Considering Senate Run

WASHINGTON - A onetime senior adviser to former Gov. Ted Strickland said today he is “seriously” considering a challenge next year to Republican Sen. Rob Portman, which would set up a race between two of the best-known political figures in Ohio.
