TALLAHASSEE - Florida's ethics panel and former Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll have a deal over allegations that she broke the state's ethics law.The Florida Commission on Ethics unanimously approved the deal on Friday with no comment. Carroll did not attend the meeting.She was forced to resign in March 2013 after state investigators questioned work she did for a company that was accused of running an illegal gambling ring.
