DAYTONA BEACH -- A group of local leaders that's been huddling since the beginning of the year to come up with a plan to create a new homeless shelter is ready for its ideas to be presented at a series of public meetings next month.At a meeting at Daytona Beach City Hall this morning, the group decided it's time to share details of the plan at three public meetings that will be held in about two or three weeks in different areas of Volusia County.
