Two government staffers and two employees of Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax’s political action committee have stepped down since two women accused him of sexual assault, according to a report on Monday. Policy director Adele McClure and scheduling director Julia Billingsly — two of Fairfax’s three-member staff — have resigned, the Richmond Times Dispatch reported.
