Grand Canyon Visitors Could Be Punished For Picking Up Fawn

GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK, Ariz. (AP) — Grand Canyon officials might issue a citation to visitors who tried to rescue a fawn by wrapping it in a T-shirt and bringing it to rangers -- a well-meaning gesture, but one that could put the deer at risk.
