Another Adam Sandler film opened last week, and unsurprisingly it was slammed by movie critics who have been negative on pretty much every Sandler film since "Punch Drunk Love" or "Funny People" to a lesser extent. Sandler's and his Happy Madison production company have rarely been fazed by it as his films have often done strong box-office despite the reviews, yet his most recent live-action films have not been landing well and Sandler himself is getting frequently lambasted on social media and in feature pieces. Filmmaker Dennis Dugan, who has helmed numerous Sandler films from "Happy Gilmore" and "Big Daddy" to "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" and the "Grown Ups" franchise, has heard many of the criticisms and in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter says he's not a fan of the haters: "I don't give a f--k what [critics] think.
