Gwyneth Paltrow is not liable for the injuries incurred by a man involved in a 2016 ski crash, Utah courts decided Thursday. Following eight days of contentious testimony and a short deliberation, the case of Dr. Terry Sanderson — a retired optometrist who sued the actress for more than $3 million in 2019 before the amount was later reduced to $300,000 — was dismissed.
