Harley Quinn Was To Be Big On "arrow"

The second season of The CW's "Arrow" saw a super brief and unnamed appearance from iconic DC Comics villainess Harley Quinn. Shot only from the back, it was a single joke bit that many hoped would be the precursor to something more. With the third season of the show now over, it seemed like we wouldn't see Harley again in the series. Talking at MCM London today, Thea Queen herself actress Willa Holland revealed that the show's producers originally had big plans for Harley on the show - but were shut down due to David Ayer's upcoming "Suicide Squad" movie.
