It’s taken five years but Adam Cayton-Holland’s—High Plains Comedy Festival—is finally becoming the festival he always wanted it to be. “Honestly, last year was the first time we feel like we really perfected the formula,” said the Denver-based stand-up, who is in Los Angeles shooting Season 3 of “Those Who Can’t,” his truTV sitcom.
