High School Sports Notebook: Norman North, Edmond North Win Coac Swim Meet

Last winter's Class 6A boys state swimming champion Norman North is again atop the Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference. The Timberwolves cruised to the conference meet championship Saturday, while Edmond North won a battle of powerhouses against Stillwater on the girls side. Norman North's Nathan Tucker (200-yard freestyle and 500 freestyle), Jonathan Tang (200 IM and 100 breaststroke) and Aiden Hayes (100 butterfly and 100 backstroke) each won two individual events. Edmond North's lone individual win on the girls side came from Lily Rector, who won the 100 backstroke (1:02.66) and helped the Huskies win the 200 medley relay. Stillwater sophomore Marcia Shaw won both the 50 freestyle (25.16) and 100 freestyle (55.71).Read more on NewsOK.com

Broncos single-game tickets on sale Wednesday after schedule release

Broncos fans can buy single-game tickets shortly after finding out who the team plays and when. The NFL is set to announce its entire schedule at 6 p.m. Wednesday and the Broncos will be putting a limited number of single-game tickets up for sale shortly thereafter via Ticketmaster. Denver is making full-price tickets, starting at $37 and limited to four per household, available, the club said in a Tuesday news release.
