WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder on Friday urged police to use restraint amid potential protests that could follow the upcoming grand jury decision in the Ferguson, Missouri case involving a police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager in August.
