OK, so now what?Britons shocked the world on Thursday by voting narrowly but decisively to leave the European Union. The news roiled global financial markets and sent the value of the British pound tumbling to a 30-year low. Prime Minister David Cameron has already announced he will resign after failing to convince voters to stay in the union.
