Oklahoma City's deadCenter Film has partnered with Film Festival Alliance on Saturday, in its first Film Festival Day of 2021, to show Ashley O’Shay's documentary, which captures a tense and polarizing moment in Chicago’s fight for the livelihood of its Black residents.
