Former school board member James M. Brooks has been arrested on drug charges for the third time in 14 months, this time for possessing methamphetamine. The 51-year-old Lancaster resident was arrested just before 6 p.m. Monday evening, according to a release from the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.
