Judge Nixes Lawsuit Against Keyser's Gop Ballot Spot

DENVER — A judge on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit that sought to remove Jon Keyser from Colorado's Republican U.S. Senate primary, arguing that the plaintiffs filed too late. Denver District Judge Morris Hoffman's ruling came as overseas voters are beginning to return their ballots for the June 28 primary. Local mail ballots will be sent starting June 6.
