The former Thunder forward just sold his specially remodeled, three-story, double-condo in Deep Deuce for $1.1 million — $400,000 less than he was asking. That was after having to suck it up and list it last fall for $1.5 million — nearly $270,000 less than he paid for the two separate homes he remodeled to combine in 2013. He paid another $1.3 million or so for the remodeling. And the trimming he took on the 7,000-square-foot condo at 420 NE 2 was on top of a reduced price he accepted for his more traditional home in Gaillardia in March 2016. Then, he took $925,000 for a home and guesthouse totaling 5,733 square feet that he paid $1,799,500 for in 2011.Read more on NewsOK.com
