Flavored carbonated water is a hot beverage right now, as Americans are increasingly drinking less sugary beverages like soda and are seeking healthier, sugar-free options. At the same time, sales of CBD products — made with the non-psychoactive cannabis compound Cannabidiol, found in hemp plants — are also booming, and the market is swarmed with CBD products ranging from supplements to beauty products to coffee and products marketed exclusively for pets. Now, a Longmont brewery has teamed up with an organic Northern Colorado CBD producer to tap into both the CBD and sparkling water markets with Present, a “CBD-infused sparkling water featuring all organic ingredients in three initial flavors: natural, lemon-lime and blood orange,” according to a press release.
