Tristan Bridges-Taapken, 15, was last seen Sunday around 6:30 p.m. at the Target on Rocky Mountain Avenue in Loveland, police say. Part of the Regional Transportation District’s A Line light rail train will be replaced by shuttle buses on Tuesday for maintenance, according to a Monday RTD news release.
