Billed as "Oklahoma's first mixed-use development" and "an all-in-one community where residents can work, shop, dine and play without leaving the complex," Chisholm Creek will see construction start in June on a 240-unit luxury apartment complex — as yet unnamed. Rockwood Capital, a Dallas-based, family-owned firm that focuses on multifamily development and acquisitions, will develop the apartments at Chisholm Creek, southwest of N Western Avenue and Kilpatrick Turnpike. The apartments will be in three four-story buildings at the southeast corner of Highland Park Drive and Pawnee Drive, just west of the Top Golf parking lot, said Whitney Rainbolt, chief marketing officer for Medallion Group, developer of Chisholm Creek.Read more on NewsOK.com
