Republicans are such jokesters. Especially smartass Republicans from Louisiana, apparently. Representative Kenneth (Kenny) Havard thought it would be funny to add some language to a bill prohibiting establishments from hiring dancers under age 21 where alcohol was served. According to online records, Rep. Kenneth E. Havard proposed an amendment that would also also limit employees to be "between twenty-one and twenty-eight years of age and shall be no more than one hundred and sixty pounds in weight." I guess he has very specific preferences when it comes to his strippers.
